I never thought I'd actually say this...but holy cow...  I'll actually be sending First Strike: Zero Dawn off to the publishers, probably sometime this week!

Welp it's official!  Started working on editing the beast that is First Strike: Zero Dawn!  Hope to have it done and sent to the publishers by mid-September!  This has been a year-long adventure and it's time to bring 'er on into the station!  But that doesn't mean the journey is over...  Stay tuned for First Strike: Civil War and First Strike: Dawn of Piracy!

I dunno about the rest of you all, but the holidays are a stressful time of the year for me, and in fact I often find myself retreating to the safety of my own universe.  Just tonight before I wrote this blog post, I wrote nearly two thousand words in FS:ZD!  Hopefully your holidays are better than mine!

I'm still rather new to this whole...novel writing thing.  I've written before, but never really pursued it past well, writing a few chapters and then deleting it.  Thanks to some close friends, I've designed to follow this and make it happen!  FS:ZD is turning into a massive project, though!
